An organizational change consultant specializing in the management of transformational changes with methodology design/implementation and behavior change. I help senior leaders and teams develop change management strategies, capabilities and fit for purpose cultures during times of growth and change.
With a passion for managing the people side of change and delivering transformational changes, I have extensive and culturally diverse global and UK experience to enhance organizational performance through people engagement and cultural shifts. This includes working for global organizations like BP, Alcatel, L3 technologies and iconic organizations in the UK like Capita, BAE Systems, NHS and Local Councils.
I am a founder and Director of "People and Transformation Change" at Magna People Change Consulting; leading change management and culture & behavioral change initiatives from strategic design to delivery.
My approach to consulting is deeply rooted in the principles of academic and industry research and supported by my credentials including MSc in organizational change from the Birkbeck University of London and APMG International change practitioner certification.
Alongside my consulting practice, I also lecture at the business school at the University of Brighton as a visiting lecturer, I teach HR Modules "International Management and Leadership", Organisation Design and Development", and "Working across Cultures". I also teach the HR module "People and Performance" at the Mini-MBA program at Birkbeck College, University of London.
I also deliver executive educational TALKS and Master Class Workshops for corporate leaders and teams in and outside the UK.
