Naheed Chowdhry began her career with Unilever, where amongst other milestones

she co-conceived and executed the now iconic Lux Style Awards in Pakistan. That

achievement earned her a secondment to Unilever Australasia and Naheed has not

looked back since. Today, her career spans Asia, Europe, Australia, Africa and the

USA with Unilever, Mondelez and The Hershey Company. Her experience covers

multinational-team leadership, connecting the dots and crafting the right story based

on strategy and ROI.

In 2016, Naheed founded iWill Global Consulting, a UAE-based design-thinking firm.

Working with a team of collaborative partners from around the world, Naheed

leverages her “glocal” experience to help clients identify missed patterns, all the way

to creating a relevant and metrics-led proposition. Clients range from corporates

such as Bausch & Lomb, Bacardi and the Richemont group on the one hand, to

quasi-govt entities such as the American and Canadian embassies championing

regional women-empowerment initiatives.

Naheed speaks 4 languages and is also a bestselling author, a UN Taskforce

member for Women and Youth, Improviser and trainer, an Adler accredited coach, a

keynote speaker and mother to four global nomads who teach her Gen Z lingo every

day of the week.
