AZFAR MIR

Azfar is a Strategy, Innovation and Leadership Development Consultant. He works with over 50 of the Fotune500s and has trained more than half a million people. He specializes in working with senior leadership teams and boards in the areas of Strategy, Innovation and Leadership. He has served as a global Consultant for many of the world’s most known brands. Some of these include RedBull, Unilever, ABInBev, Merck, WHO, and Shell.


Some of Azfar’s positions include: Managing Partner at A.I. MIR; Past President at ATD (Association of Talent Development) for the St. Louis Chapter; Director for the Stanford Research Institute; Director at Crestcom; Director at Apollo Group; Director at Thomas International and Advisor to the Board to many entities in the UK, UAE, and Pakistan.


He has authored various programs and methodologies. These include works such as Creating Customer Capital; the Leadership Advantage Program (LAP); Strategy Methodology; and Leaderistiks. All of these are being used by most of the A.I. MIR clients.


Azfar is a CMC (Certified Management Consultant) and a CFA member with postgraduate research in Organizational Psychology from the University of London. He is a Licensed Practitioner of many of the Psychometrics and business tools and has authored a culture assessment & feedback solution called Leaderistiks that provides insights in areas including personality, behavior, capability, emotional intelligence, organizational psyche, culture, and effectiveness amongst others.
